1. Measure your chest
Stand tall and proud. Wrap a measuring tape under your arms around your back, ensuring it meets at the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for an accurate reading. Feel the connection to your body’s natural form.
2. Measure your waist
Finding your true waistline can be a bit of a journey. Your natural waistline sits halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outer edge of your hip bone. Stand straight and gently tilt to one side. Where your torso creases, that’s your waistline.
