- Report any damage within 7 business days of delivery for a replacement.
Packaging Your Return:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID#.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- For alternate items or sizes, please submit a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- No returns on items under $10, posters, body jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and books.
- Worn, washed, or used items will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
